CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLIC/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

** Please note we will charge a $35 fee if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment

   - we do this out of respect for the time of both our providers and patients who are looking to schedule with us. Thank you.

Please understand that Harris Chiropractic does not over-book to cover for last minute cancellations or no-shows.

We reserve your appointment time for you specifically.

If you cancel on short notice, do not show up, or show up very late – that is a lost opportunity for another patient to have been treated and lost revenue for the practice.

We understand unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be fair to all patients and maintain a viable practice, the following policies are honored:

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW / LATE ARRIVALS

24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling any appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $35 fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. We may charge your card on file with our office or deduct the fee from any credit/pre-payment on your account.

If you happen to arrive late for an appointment, your visit will likely be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time in order to accommodate other following patients.

Depending upon how late you arrive, your provider will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment.

Regardless of the length of treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled appointment.
