DR. JEFF HARRIS DC, CCSP
My name is Dr. Jeff Harris and I’m a chiropractic sports physician and evidence-based clinician. Having earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Boise State in 2006 and subsequent Doctorate of
Chiropractic degree from the prestigious University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, I'm well prepared to provide my patients with top quality care. Additionally, I'm board certified in Physiotherapy and with the Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians allowing me to provide the highest standard of clinical competence in the field of Sports Medicine.
In addition to spine care, I have worked with a variety of athletes-- from adolescents to Olympians-- successfully treating a wide array of injuries both acute and chronic. Sometimes it can be difficult to know who to see or what to do when experiencing pain after an injury. Shoulder pain, recent ankle sprain, how about that pesky knee, elbow, or wrist pain? Whiplash after my car accident? A sports chiropractor is trained to examine and diagnose all parts of the body, including extremities, and could be a great choice. I take pride in educating my patients about the discomfort they're experiencing and how to recover and continue the activities they love.
As an athlete myself, I have experienced a number of injuries and know the importance of receiving treatment to maintain health.
All of my patients will receive a comprehensive history and physical exam. I will provide a diagnosis and only order additional testing such as x-rays or lab work if clinically indicated. I spend a significant amount of time using advanced tissue work techniques and stretching methods to address muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerve dysfunction which I tend to see with the majority of my patients.
I enjoy finding and teaching the best therapeutic exercises to provide my patients with the tools necessary to prevent recurrence and achieve the best healing. Having the knowledge to prevent or recover from an injury is empowering and I seek to provide this to all my patients.
I enjoy collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure my patients are receiving the most appropriate and highest quality care. If I’m not the best person to treat your condition, or your condition would be best co-managed, I will make certain you get a referral to someone in our trusted network. I look forward to meeting and helping you on the path to recovery and wellness.

I met my wife in Middleton and am excited to be back in
Idaho and a community that we both love.
I enjoy many activities, but particularly rock/alpine climbing, skiing, and mountain biking - I look forward to sharing many memories with my family in the outdoors
(we just welcomed our third daughter!)
I also enjoy good books, music, and company.
I love what I do and feel so fortunate that my career allows me to help others live life fully.
