Dr. Jeff Harris is a Chiropractic Sports Physician & evidence-based clinician. He earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Boise State in 2006 and subsequent Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious University of Western States in Oregon. Additionally, he is Board Certified in Physiotherapy and with the Chiropractic Board of Sports PhysiciansThese extra designations assist him in providing the highest standard of clinical care, especially in the field of Chiropractic Sports Medicine.

In addition to spine care, Dr. Harris has worked with a variety of athletes - from adolescents to Olympians - successfully treating a wide array of injuries both acute and chronic.  It can be difficult to know who to see or what to do when experiencing pain after an injury. A Sports Chiropractor is trained to examine and diagnose all parts of the body including extremities.

If you are experiencing whiplash after a car accident, shoulder pain, a recent ankle sprain, or even pesky knee, elbow, or wrist pain - a Sports Chiropractor would be a great place to start care. Dr. Harris takes pride in educating his patients about the discomfort they're experiencing and how to recover & continue enjoying the activities they love!

From Dr. Harris:

As an athlete myself, I have experienced a number of injuries and know the importance of receiving treatment to maintain health.

All of my patients will receive a comprehensive history and physical exam. I will provide a diagnosis and only order additional testing such as x-rays or lab work if clinically indicated. I spend a significant amount of time using advanced tissue work techniques and stretching methods to address muscle, tendon, fascia, and nerve dysfunction which I tend to see with the majority of my patients.

I enjoy finding and teaching the best therapeutic exercises to provide my patients with the tools necessary to prevent recurrence and achieve the best healing. Having the knowledge to prevent or recover from an injury is empowering and I seek to provide this to all my patients.

I enjoy collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure my patients are receiving the most appropriate and highest quality care. If I’m not the best person to treat your condition, or your condition would be best co-managed, I will make certain you get a referral to someone in our trusted network. I look forward to meeting and helping you on the path to recovery and wellness.

I met my wife in Middleton and we are so excited to be back and working in a community we love.  I enjoy many activities especially climbing, skiing, and mountain biking.

I also enjoy good books, music, and company.

I look forward to sharing many outdoor memories with my daughters as they get older.

I love what I do and feel so fortunate that my career allows me to help others live life fully.
